What's on offer?
The Eight Homes Sales team is looking to employ two positive and self-motivated Sales Consultants who will work from our Display locations in the Western Suburbs.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Facilitating the sale of Eight Homes products and meeting customer needs;
- Ensuring that the displays are maintained to the highest of standards;
- Maintaining relationships with local land and property developers, and the further community to ensure maximisation of opportunities for sales;
- Assisting new home purchasers from initial enquiry to the issue of a new home building contract.
Who are we looking for?
The right candidates will have:
- A strong proven sales track record as well as meeting and exceeding conversion and sales targets;
- Experience and knowledge within the Residential building industry is a bonus but not essential;
- Strong rapport building, negotiation, persuasion and presentation skills;
- High level of customer service and an ability to build rapport with people on all levels.
