The job -

As our Event Sales Coordinator you’ll field enquiries from our gushing brides and grooms and our corporate clientele. Supporting our team of Event Sales Executives, you’ll be an administrative superstar, with a keen eye for details and organisational skills that put Michelle O’Bama to shame. We want someone who wants to progress within food&desire, so your training and development starts from the moment you enter our world.  If you love food, wine and the industry, we would love to hear from you!

 

Supporting a team of 3 Sales Executives, you’ll…

  • First point of contact for food&desire’s amazing clientele
  • Assist with site inspections and learn to facilitate your own
  • Manage a high volume administration tasks
  • Accurately update and maintain our Event Management System (YourFunction)
  • Produce and manage invoicing for the team
  • Preparing paper work, quotations, templates and contracts
  • Coordinate food&desire annual events

We are looking for someone who is happy to work a Tuesday to Saturday Roster!

 

Is this you?

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in an administrative role, even better if gained in the industry or within a sales environment
  • Highly motivated and self-driven
  • Passionate about food, wine, events and creating an amazing client experience
  • Fantastic at time management, with exceptional organisational and planning skills
  • Laser beam attention to detail
  • Awesome at communicating and engaging with others
