ROLE

Architecture & Design Manager who will have full responsibility for the A&D Budget across NSW, ACT, QLD & NZ. Working closely with the field sales team, you will support them by preparing annual business plans, prioritises target accounts, and develop strategies for each account. You will also be responsible for increasing market share by working closely with A&D firms.  

DUTIES

  • Prepares annual business plan for the sales team in (NSW, ACT, QL & NZ), including identification of key A&D firms, target clients, prioritization of target accounts, and strategies to develop each account

 

  • Working collaboratively with the Sales team to target relevant A&D firms and increase market share to develop stronger business relationships, and secure new business opportunities

 

  • Actively schedules and presents new product and program presentations to target firms to ensure most up-to-date product knowledge has been communicated.

 

  • Develop, coordinate, and hosts sponsored events for A&D community and key clients. Hosts engaging speakers in market on relevant industry topics to educate design community.

 

  • Establish and maintain solid relationships with A&D firms while providing design support to specify products that solve end-user problems and contribute to achievement of region’s sales goals.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE  

  • Previous A&D experience ideally in the Commercial Interiors, Interior Fittings, Fit Out, Commercial Furniture or allied market sectors associated to interior products

 

  • Experienced in delivering and presenting professional presentations and CPD’S

 

  • A true go gett who is passionate about developing business and specifications

 

  • A passion for Design and Architecture

 

  • A strategic thinker who can develop successful business plans

 

  • Creative, with a strong ability to adapt.
