About The Opportunity

They are now looking for a Sales & Business Development Consultant to join their company in Mulgrave, VIC with the potential to earn a Negotiable Base Salary + Super with Annual Salary Reviews. 

The primary purpose of this position is to work as part of the sales and service team to promote and sell products provided by the business and maintain customer relationships.  

Reporting directly to the Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Grow and retain business via outbound calls to existing members
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with businesses and customers 
  • Build and document a pipeline in the CRM for future opportunities and referrals
  • Cross-sell and provide relevant information on all products and services
  • Provide timely and relevant CRM reports to assess call effectiveness
  • Monthly sales reports combining call outcomes in line with set KPI's 
About You 

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous sales and experience calling customers 
  • Experience in the financial services industry
  • Strong computer skills and experience using MS Office and CRM's
  • Tier 2 RG146 Accreditation (desirable)
  • A high level of motivation, energy and drive to achieve KPI's
