About the Role
Due to ongoing business growth and development, we are looking for an ambitious, proactive and polished sales professional to join our team. 
  
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will be accountable for a designated territory where you will responsible for achievement of strategic sales goals and objectives through:  
  1. Account management with existing A and A+ client base and new A and A+ accounts brought on by our Business Development Manager
  2. Revenue Growth achieved by development of new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, lead follow up and event participation
  3. Increase product penetration in client base by cross selling and upselling
    
To be successful, you will have  
  • A high competence level in cold prospecting and business acquisition
  • Ability to deliver recommendations and take a business partner approach with clients having a focus on solution selling
  • Results driven with the motivation and ability to meet and exceed targets
  • High level of communication skills
  • Experience in account management, sales and/or marketing within the real-estate, property or related industries would be an advantage but not essential
  • A car and licence are essential to fulfil the requirements of the role. You will be paid a car allowance
