Established organisation successfully providing niche solutions to the Defence and Government markets. Due to recent success and growth they have an immediate requirement for an experienced Bid/Tender Writer to join their team near Brisbane.
This is a business-critical role and will be responsible for leading, coordinating and delivering winning bids within Defence, including Maritime, Aerospace and Aviation.
Responsibilities:
- Bid preparation, writing and tender responses
- Coordinate with business development and senior management in relation to legal, financial and insurance issues
- Identify, analyse and register risks and cost savings
- Ensure processes are followed and tender budgets are allocated
- Assembling and managing, technical information documents and graphics
- Manage bid process through to customer negotiation communicating relevant changes and communicating pricing and costing of works
Experience Required:
- Relevant experience in a Bid Coordination or Proposal Management role
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Worked with relevant Microsoft programs
- High level of work and productivity
