An exciting opportunity currently exists for a Commercial Joinery Specialist to join Bunnings Commercial Joinery Team. The role will be (but not limited to) Brisbane metro/Gold Coast region servicing our valued clients. The success of Bunnings has been based on exceptional people who are both passionate and committed to doing their best.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop customised and modular joinery/appliance opportunities within the multi residential, retirement living & government market including major contractors.
- Working with the Commercial Account Managers (in conjunction with the Area Sales Managers) to assist them in identifying right customer, right project.
- Utilising IPad technology and associated Product Packages for presentations.
- Produce design solutions in Cabinet Vision or 20:20 design for presentation to customers and for costing purposes to support the role where necessary.
- Work closely with National Manager Commercial Joinery to ensure all information provided for accurate quoting and successful delivery and completion of the offer (inclusive of site visits as required).
- Identifying new/expanded opportunities through expansion/introduction of products in conjunction with the merchandising team.
- Achieving budgeted sales and margins.
- Build internal relationship with key stakeholders including but not limited to commercial account managers, area managers, State sales managers & BDM’s.
- Coordinate projects in full on time.
Work Experience, Skills & Knowledge:
- 5 Years + as either a sales representative with key account management experience or at an ops co-ordinator leadership level or above.
- Strong joinery and associated product & materials knowledge.
- Technical design ability for domestic joinery.
- Competent with Cabinet Vision design software or equivalent.
- Competent with 20:20 Design and Planner design tools.
- Ability to read architectural plans and convert to joinery shop drawings.
