AREA REPRESENTATIVE Brisbane South – Northern NSW
Who We Are:
Inspired Foods is a Queensland based specialised food distributor with our Head Office in Burleigh Heads. We are family owned and operating for the past 5 years with a geographical reach from Cairns to Coffs Harbour. Our product range is diverse and covers gourmet, health and lifestyle foods, and we represent market- leading brands in dry, chilled and frozen categories.
Your Role:
As an Area Representative, you will be required to build current business relationships and extend our product portfolio with these customers. You will also execute promotional and marketing plans, and develop new business opportunities through your own research and initiative.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Build a strong and reliable rapport with your customers
- Placement of key supplier products and advise the best way to maximise profits within your customer's stores
- Analyse and review product range with Head Office and your customers
- Provide a high level of customer service and manage your geographical area efficiently
- Exceed sales budget
Skills and Experience:
- Direct selling experience in either Independent Supermarkets, Health Foods Stores or Pharmacy
- Excellent time management and problem solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively, internally with staff and externally with customers
- Solid mathematical ability
- Initiative and drive to exceed expectations
- Well-presented, positive, ' can do ' attitude
This role is an integral part of our business. You MUST be able to demonstrate your passion and love for gourmet, health or lifestyle foods and have experience as a DIRECT salesperson.
