Your Opportunity
 
At Nestlé we’re searching for a passionate, enthusiastic and entrepreneurial Business Manager to join us on a 12-month contract to manage the Cross Border channels for our Nestlé Health Science business unit.
 
You will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our thriving business by accelerating growth and expanding presence in Cross Border e-Commerce and Diagou channels. Reporting to the Channel and Category Sales Manager, you will enjoy working as part of a close knit team, as you manage the local and international relationships with e-Commerce and Diagou customers.
 
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Creating demand via engaging storytelling and channel specific programs.
  • Being the key contact with our China team and working collaboratively to develop programs via online platforms.
  • Key account management and building relationships with Daigou customers, including development of sales and marketing plans, merchandising, promotions and distribution.
  • Leading and managing the development of trade marketing and calendar of key events.
 
About You
 
A natural relationship builder, the successful candidate will have excellent presentation skills in both English and Mandarin languages. With 10+ years FMCG industry experience, you will be a master of managing key accounts in a fast-paced, high energy environment, ideally within health related categories. Also crucial to your success will be your proven experience in delivering sales in e-Business (e-Commerce and Digital) and Export/Diagou channels.
 
Working as a true partner to the business, you thrive on managing senior level stakeholders and have the ability to use your sales and channel management experience to tailor messages to the needs of your audience.
