About the Role

You will be out there selling personalised solutions to our current and future clients offering a new initiative on the Telstra products and services we offer.  We are looking for a ‘go getter’ who has a detailed understanding of the telecommunications industry.

Reporting to the Store Manager and Licensee, your main duties will include:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and exceed customer expectations
  • Building rapport and ensure all customers are getting the best value by providing personalised solutions by asking the right questions about their needs and lifestyle
  • Identify opportunities by listening to the customer and providing a consultative approach to sales
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within defined existing accounts and target accounts
  • Achievement of daily, weekly and monthly key performance indicators
  • Setting customers expectations in store by ensure they walk out working (WoW)
  • Suggestive sell Foxtel, Sports, entertainment packages, home and internet bundlers, NBN, and accessories to each customer
  • Assist customers with billing issues, complaints, exchange and return of products, as well as technical support and training enquiries
  • Assisting with provisioning, contracts and orders

This is a permanent Full Time position, with the availability to work on weekends.

The right candidate will be challenged, but also well rewarded with a good salary package, superannuation, good incentives and bonuses for achieving targets and KPI’s – Potential OTE $91,000.

 

Skills & Experience
