Role
Deliver superior shareholder returns by maximizing the share of spend with existing and new customers across sales region. Your role will be to deal with accounts over $500K.
To be successful you will have an ability to develop well thought out strategies to deliver results and outperform the market through effective leadership whilst embodying the company ethos.
You will be expected to grow the revenue within your territory and constantly develop and nurture relationships with your clients.
The specifics of the role are:
- Responsibly to realise strategy for marketing and sales within your territory
- Plan and conduct internal and customer seminars and training in accordance with agreed schedule
- Conduct regular customer visits to key decision makers to promote and grow my clients market share
- Carry out monthly sales reporting and market feedback to directors
- Plan of product introductions in cooperation with the Australia division of the company
- Highlight and target market and product development to identify potential new growth area in new market sectors
- Highlight and target relevant annual tradeshows for exhibition of products
- Develop and manage the product demand plan and orders
- Coordinate and manage customer relationships
- Use company ERP, CRM and inventory software in line with company standards
Experience Required
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Relevant trade qualifications
- Sales experience or experience in a similar role (minimum 5 years).
- Experience with products in the construction and building market
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Experience using a CRM
