About Blue Star DISPLAY

With operations in both Sydney and Melbourne, our Blue Star DISPLAY division specialises in the design/creation and the production of temporary, semi-permanent and permanent retail display.  From counter stands and shelf talkers to complex free standing display units, the DISPLAY team works collaboratively with our customers to fully understand their desired objective, then designs, tests, produces, delivers and installs in-store.

Blue Star's retail and point of sale solutions give our customers access to the complete range of product display and store promotion materials. The Role

You will be responsible for liaising with various areas of the client as well their advertising and design agencies to provide excellence in customer service and effective management of the client’s requirements with a particular focus on Wide Format Digital printing. You will be dedicated to delivering quantifiable value through good management and professional client service. In addition you will be required to identify and develop new business opportunities in consultation with management.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Taking briefs from clients and advertising/design agencies on projects.
  • Identify and contact new business opportunities through research and discovery
  • Providing expert Wide Format Print, Display and related support to clients.
  • Identifying and developing opportunities to expand the services currently provided to the clients as a whole

Key requirements to be considered are:

  • Exceptional communicator with a strong creative flair, coupled with demonstrated business acumen and strategic account planning skills
  • Proven track record in Account Management, ideally in Wide Format Printing
  • You will be a high achiever able to proactively identify opportunities to increase share of wallet sales
