ABOUT THE ROLE:

As part of the Tony White Group, Valley Motor Group is located in the beautiful Gippsland towns of Traralgon and Morwell, and has six desirable Brands – Ford, BMW vehicles, BMW Motorrad Motorcycles, Chrysler-Jeep, Honda, and Kia - being sold and serviced from their high-profile highway sites.

Due to increasing sales, we are looking for enthusiastic New Ford Sales Consultant to assist our Clients with their motoring needs from our Traralgon dealership. This is a great time to join us, as you will have the opportunity to grow and prosper with this exciting business and the expanding demand for the popular Ford range of vehicles.

Prior Automotive Industry experience is not essential, however exposure to product selling and a genuine passion for Customer service are vital.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain and develop existing and new Customers through targeted product offers and ethical sales techniques to maximise quality of service, business growth, and Customer satisfaction
  • Communicate openly and sincerely, so that all transactions are transparent and rewarding for all concerned
  • Promptly and proactively respond to all sales enquiries using appropriate processes
  • Use and update Customer and Prospect contact data, and use available tools and systems to facilitate Customer retention and source Referrals

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • A sound understanding of Sales processes and their strategic execution in order to meet and exceed targets
  • Exceptional interpersonal and Customer service skills
  • Sound computer skills with Outlook, Word, and Excel experience
  • Immaculate and professional presentation in keeping with this prestige brand
  • Open Victorian Driver's Licence is essential
