Customer Success Consultant (Onboarding)

Providing solutions to accounts, bookkeepers & small business our client is leading the market leader in this space. Rapidly expanding across Australia with plans to double their team in ANZ over the next 12 months. The organisation built off a good culture and belief in their ability to succeed.
The Role
- Organising activities for partners & their clients
- Customer & client onboarding is executed, for example app downloads, submission, frequency etc
- Engaging with partners
- Collaborating with different teams within the business
- Reporting and tracking of partners clients
- Implementing internal processes to get the most efficiency out of the team
