THE ROLE
Entering a progressive growth and development phase and as a result of a recent high profile contract win, we are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our head office team and play a rewarding part in our ongoing advancement.
Managing an existing large client portfolio, your proactive approach will see you, handling all aspects of day-to-day fleet requirements and delivering exceptional customer service.
Your duties will include:
- Proactively attending to client fleet enquiries and requirements, taking ownership and ensuring full client satisfaction
- Adhering to client specifications and requirements
- Recommending and implementing professional fleet solutions,
- Providing expert advice on vehicle selection, replacement programs and fleet management and finance options,
- Liaising with suppliers and ensuring best value outcomes on behalf of clients
- Assisting with new client implementations,
- Identifying and recommending client growth opportunities and managing through to delivery,
- Preparing, analysing and delivering client reporting
- General client support as required
The role will be primarily office based however there may be occasions where you’ll need to meet with customers offsite
WHAT YOU NEED
To be considered you will demonstrate:
- Minimum of 2-5 years’ Account Management experience ideally with large government or corporate client portfolios
- Professional oral and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Customer focused with a passion for excellence
- Commitment to meeting and exceeding key performance indicators
- Solutions oriented approach
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong administration skills
- Advanced IT skills including CRM systems and MS office
- Genuine interest in cars
Whilst not essential, previous experience within fleet management or related industries will be highly regarded.

This role will initially be appointed on a 3 year fixed-term contract basis. Further contract extensions or permanency may be considered for the successful candidate.
