As a Recruitment Consultant at Randstad you will manage relationships with our large and well-known client base along with developing new business under the Randstad brand. You will be surrounded by a successful, stable and supportive team that wants to see you succeed.
You will be joining a highly successful team based in Mulgrave and you will be responsible for recruitment within the Industrial space. Our team exists out of 6 amazing recruiters who work closely together to achieve team targets!
What you will be doing:
- Managing and developing client relationships
- Understanding clients’ business and solving their recruitment needs
- Developing new business and building positive, productive relationships
- Selecting candidates for appropriate positions and arranging interviews
- Taking responsibility for candidate care and keeping in regular contact
- Work together with you team to achieve team targets
What we are looking for:
- Experience in Recruitment
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A proactive and positive approach with a strong team ethic
- Persistence, resilience, drive and a determination to succeed
