About the role
The role is to receive enquires from clients, seek answers to any technical questions (from our pool of engineers), request quotes from suppliers, generate corresponding quotes to clients and follow up. Receive sales orders and process. Order from suppliers for stock and on demand. Undertake relationship and marketing management activities and reporting.
What you would be doing
The main things that you would be doing include:
- Answer phones and be the voice of the company.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Track sales and provide status reports.
- Ensure the swift fulfillment of customer needs.
Who we’re looking for
Ideally looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- A technical qualification
- 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- SAP experience a bonus
- Proven ability to build relationships with clients
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven willingness to learn and improve
