Us:
Bombora Supplies is Australia's leading wholesale distribution company to the Coffee Industry – we don't sell 'beans or machines', but we supply barista accessories, cleaning, brewing gear, coffee machine parts and water filtration.
We are seeking a passionate, energetic, self-driven individual to join our existing superstar Wholesale Sales Team.
Previous sales experience is essential for this role.
In this full time position based in Adamstown, you will be responsible for:
* Answering phone calls from new and existing coffee industry customers..
* Preparing Sales Orders from calls, emails and online orders for despatch from our warehouse.
* Accurately maintaining our database of Customer details.
* Filing and general administrative duties.
* Generating call lists for following up orders, running reports, sending credit notes
* Contacting newly registered Customers to assist with using our online ordering system.
* Responding to email enquiries such as P.O.D. requests, copies of invoices or statements etc
...As well as anything else the business needs!
