We believe in investing in, growing and supporting outback communities and seek team members with the same values and philosophy.  To that end, IOR have developed our own cloud based tank gauging, and fuel transaction/product tracking system. 

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Technical Sales Executive to join our team based at Hemmant to grow our sales of our IOR developed HyDip fuel management system.   Reporting to the Manager – Fuel Infrastructure, the successful applicant will be a member of the Fuel Infrastructure team and will aim to assist with capitalising on all relationships, ultimately increasing sales across a broad sector of clients.  The role is a customer facing position and will involve travel both locally, interstate and potentially internationally.

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • A strong technical aptitude and previous experience selling to Mining, Transport and/or Oil and Gas industries
  • Hands-on approach, ideally with demonstrated sales success working in a manufacturing or technical product industry
  • Excellent Account management skills and ability to source and sell to high value customers.
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and strong organisation skills and the ability to work within a small team and with minimal supervision.
  • Current Driver’s Licence
