About the Role: We are recruiting for a eCommerce Business Manager who is responsible for executing the B2B strategy and the B2B eCommerce Store with a focus on building and nurturing customer relationships,  driving the segmentation strategy including venue acquisition, venue retention, frequency of purchase & ROI. Additionally they will implement and manage the Australian B2B eCommerce Store with a focus on planning, forecasting, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs that lead to an increase in customers and growth in revenue.
