About the Company:

Im currently partnering with an ASX listed, national property development business. The business helps to create thriving communities where people live, shop and work as one of the largest diversified property companies in Australia.

Currently, they are looking for a Sales Manager across their residential development team

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales volume targets in accordance with approved budgets per project
  • Build, monitor and optimise sales pipeline and channel sales performance
  • Ensure sales risk are mitigated through diversification and ongoing forecasting for each Build, nurture and retain and high performance sales team.
  • Effective management and experience with using CRM; Salesforce highly desirable. – this is an experience/skill required
  • Seek and maintain market and competitor information to ensure you are staying on top of whats going on.
  • Provide through leadership on strategic issues, and contribute to the integration of project disciplines (i.e. development, marketing, design and customer service) 
  • Identify lead and own organisational improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in project reviews to identify strengths and areas of  improvement  

Experience & Skills:

  • You have at least 3-5 years' experience managing a high performance team
  • You have demonstrated commercial and financial acumen
  • You achieve results through influencing, communication and your ability to build strong relationships
  • 10 years sales experience
