Traditionally the business has focused on expo however due to some strategic changes and aggressive growth plans, the business have expanded their focus over the past 12 months which has resulted in some huge wins which in turn has created a range of exciting new opportunities within the business in all states.

Position

This instrumental role has come about off the back of some really exciting changes within the business. This vacancy has some extremely exciting prospects which ultimately could see the successful candidate move into a sales leadership role in the immediate future. The role’s focus will be working in a dynamic capacity whereby you’ll not only handle the sales component but you’ll also work closely with the design team to help bring the creation to life, You’ll then manage the entire project until delivery. You’ll work with a mixture of clients in a variety of different market verticals - Coke-a-Cola to Samsung to Winnebago. You’ll take full control over your day to day which means you’ll be a completely self-sufficient sales person with very limited supervision. Given the nature of the industry, your focus will not only be managing clients who you have existing relationships with and winning any of their upcoming projects but you’ll be responsible for forging new relationships with new clients to aid with growing market share. The successful candidate will be well remunerated with a massive uncapped commission structure which should see you earning in excess of $200,000 by year two. The starting offer would be a base of up to $100,000, Tools for trade, Late model fully maintained vehicle and conservatively about $50,000 of commissions in your first year.

  • Up to $100,000 Base + FMCV + Tools of Trade + Uncapped Comms - $180,000
  • Business will develop a role around the candidate - Flexible with territory, Target verticals and will gear budget based on individual capabilities
  • Manage and develop you own sales cycle - No micromanagement

The ideal candidate for this role will be an individual who is highly motivated, someone who has striking communication skills, someone who is well presented, someone who can clearly articulate their successes (Major accounts won, Exceeding targets) and someone who is at the top of their game.
