RACV’s Member Service Delivery (MSD) Department is an evolving, fast paced and customer facing environment. With a number of new and exciting products in the pipeline an opportunity has arisen for a Retail Sales Consultant to join the team.

As the successful candidate you will have previous face to face sales experience and be extremely results driven. Your demonstrated ability to meet and exceed set KPI’s and strong communication skills coupled with a customer-oriented approach will see you succeed in this position.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Creating cross selling and upselling opportunities through customer interactions
• Providing a phenomenal member experience through exceptional customer service
• Educating existing and new members on RACV products,
• Exceeding daily, monthly and yearly KPI’s
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all products and services
• Accurately balancing all monies taken at the end of each day.

What you will bring to the role:

• Demonstrated knowledge of sales processes and techniques
• Outstanding cross selling, upselling and closing skills
• Proven experience in meeting/exceeding KPIs,
• Ability to think outside of the box
• Effective oral communication and influencing skills
• Outstanding interpersonal and rapport building skills
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Fluency in a second language (desirable)

Hours of Work/ Location:
The position is based in the RACV Northland store, Preston and is a minimum of 20 hours per week. Flexibility is paramount to this position as the roster will vary week to week between 9am to 5.15pm. Weekend work is also required on a rotating roster.
