Our client is a Leading POS Solution Specialist due to rapid expansion in Australia they are looking for a new addition to their team.

Our client is focused specifically on the challenges and opportunity of effectively managing massive amounts of cash and providing a next-generation platform for powerful new applications. 

We are searching for an aggressive, experienced Inside Sales person to support the sale team.

Responsibilities include developing new business and expanding relationships with existing clients.

You will work closely with our sales organization in a fast-paced environment, facilitating client account and opportunity development.  

Responsibilities:  
 

·         Work closely with sales teams and ISRs to hand off qualified leads for follow up.  

·         Conduct one-to-one marketing/sales to prospective customers through telephone calls (cold-calls) in a professional manner and send out relevant marketing information via email.

·         Manage a sales database, ensuring all calls are logged accurately, including contact details, result of calls, and any follow up dates or other action required.

·         Maintain and develop relationships with potential and existing customers via telephone calls and emails.

·         Schedule appointments for sales/front line staff to meet prospective customers.

·         Convey customers’ feedback to the supervisor.

·         Maintain accurate corporate customer information and records.

·         Provide administrative support when necessary.  

 

·         Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience

·         2+ years telemarketing experience in IT software or IT infrastructure solutions or IT service.

·         Exceptional communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;

·         Thrives in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment;

·         Able to work independently and remotely from other members of your team and corporate.
