We are currently looking for a passionate and client-oriented Customer Success Manager to help our clients be more successful through the use of our products. You'll be responsible for on-boarding new clients, answering their queries and help them be more productive with our solutions.

You will also be responsible for a portfolio of existing clients who you will proactively contact working with them to help achieve their own business objectives, and ensure they understand and find full value of our solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs ongoing analysis of customer engagement and takes the necessary measures to increase product usage and adoption
  • Owns closed-loop process for outbound conversations on product feedback
  • Effectively communicate during phone and web interactions regarding product demonstrations and related functionality training
  • Proactively connects with customers throughout lifecycle to maximize customer ROI, and service benefits using our Touch-Point Programmes
  • Maintains an understanding of customer requirements and strives for maximum customer satisfaction
  • Conducts phones calls, emails, follows up and analyses survey data to ensure customer success
  • Meets or exceeds personal goals

We are looking for:

  • 2+ years' experience in customer role
  • Ability to excel in a data-driven, metrics oriented environment
  • A self starter, who is fast on their feet
  • Great at multitasking without letting anything fall through the cracks
  • Tech-savvy, personable with natural problem solving abilities
  • A clear communicator, both verbal and written
  • Strong phone etiquette and confidence
  • Sound understanding of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)
