After recent hospital and customer conversions, we are experiencing unprecedented demand for our products and services. Stryker is looking for a dynamic and ambitious sales representative to join our Craniomaxillofacial (CMF) and Neuro Implants team to continue growing this lucrative territory.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute sales activities to gain growth and market share with existing and new customers through negotiation, customer service and medical education.
- Sell to a range of customers in the cosmetic, trauma, elective, syndromic and reconstructive fields.
- Assist surgeons and operating theatre staff in the safe and effective use and application of Stryker products.
- Provide technical expertise to registrars, nurses and other personnel as required.
Requirements:
- A burning desire to make a difference, get things done and showcase your superior sales skills.
- Sales experience, preferably within the medical device, dental implants or pharmaceutical industry.
- An ability to work flexible hours to optimise customer service and support.
- Strong motivation and business planning skills.
- An ability to communicate effectively amongst all stakeholders within the hospital environment.
