Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a high quality customer experience
- Presenting, promoting and selling our unique products and services direct to customers.
- Completing the needs analysis on every customer engagement to ensure high quality customer experience
- Maintaining a high level of enthusiasm that contributes to the customer experience.
- Manage the sales and client relationship through the whole process
- Always looking for opportunities to improve the customer service experience to create company fans and generate revenue.
- Inform and educate the entire organisation about sales performance, targets and departmental feedback through staff department meetings and communication.
- Liaise with the marketing department to provide feedback or improvements for the overall customer experience.
About You:

- Computer savvy and can input customer information quickly and efficiently into related software
- Impeccable Communication skills with the ability to build rapport easily
- Proven sales experience is a must
- Consultative selling skills and customer needs analysis experience
- Well-developed computer literacy

- Self-motivated to meet and exceed target
- Ability to actively engage customers
- Enthusiastic and Positive self starter
