The Role

In this sales opportunity, you will be required to actively seek new business opportunities to help increase sales while also maintaining exceptional customer services to existing clients. You will be responsible for lead generation and networking, as these factors are key to ensuring new business targets are met. You will be dealing within the building & construction, and many other businesses across your allocated territory.

 

Key Aspects

  • Selling all types of glues, sealants and adhesives to construction and other businesses
  • Generating leads from existing clients to source new business
  • Maintaining existing client relationships
  • Visiting construction sites and stores
  • Cross selling and up-selling on new products
  • Creating and maintain major relationships with excellent customer service
  • Meeting/exceeding targets set out for the year
  • Demonstrating products to new/existing clients

Products

Products will mainly include glues, sealants and adhesives. Solid experience across all types will be a huge advantage.

 

Skills & Experience Needed 

  • At least 1 year experience within the sales industry of at least of these products
  • Team player
  • Excellent customer service
  • Ability to network and build rapport
  • willing to travel daily to various sites across your allocated area

Salary & Benefits

On offer is a fantastic remuneration package to the successful candidate. $70k-80k + Super + uncapped commissions + company car + Laptop + phone. On top of this, the successful candidate will also have ongoing training and support to ensure success is achieved.
