Your new role
As the After Market Service Sales person you will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager in developing and executing the Aftermarket sales strategy with initiatives for continued growth along with preparation of end of month reporting. You will be administering the spare parts sales operations, preventative maintenance sales and identify customers’ service needs including quotations, coordinating service technicians and process pricing. You will maintain and update preventative maintenance databases and site service folder equipment records, review service reports and coordinate with customers as needed.

What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Experience in the HVAC industry is essential
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a diverse range of people
- Self-motivated, dependable and attention to detail
- Ability to prepare detailed quotes to meet profit plans and budgets
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with customers and sub-contractors
- Proven track record in exceeding individual performance targets
- Experience within a technical/mechanical role will be highly regarded
