In an exciting new role to support their ambitious growth agenda, we are currently partnering with a highly successful supplier of hardware products to the construction industry, to identify a proactive, engaging and responsible candidate for the position of Sales & Customer Service Assistant.
The Company
Operating Since 2008, and based in Maddington, Perth, our client is a family-owned business providing high quality products and a one-stop-shop service to construction sub-contractors in the air-conditioning, plumbing, electrical and window fitting sectors. With a passion for service excellence, reliability and consistency, our client is one of WA's most respected suppliers in their field.
The Role
As the Sales and Customer Service Assistant, you will help underpin our client's continued success by providing exceptional service to customers, fielding their sales enquiries and managing inbound orders. You will also play a key role in managing existing clients, following up on a monthly basis in an account management capacity to identify new sales opportunities. As Sales and Customer Service Assistant you will:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Qualify customer's needs and recommend appropriate product solutions
- Act as account manager to an existing portfolio of customers
- Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements
