An exciting opportunity to work for a large listed business selling a range of products to the building, construction and commercial sector.

Due to growth in the WA market, an opportunity has opened up for a Business Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Business Development Manager reporting to the State Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing the business strategically, ultimately increasing demand for their products. This will include:

• Providing strategic direction in relation to all marketing and business development initiatives
• Be forward thinking with an ability to plan strategically for immediate and long term success
• Working with key internal stakeholders to ensure the services of the organisation are effectively marketed
• Ensuring you can deliver the work autonomously without guidance
• Analysing industry trends and competitor analysis, and communicating across the business

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

• Degree qualified in relevant business is desirable
• Demonstrated track record of developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies
• Outcome focused and being adaptable to a continuously changing environment
• Excellent communication verbally and written
• Must have a client portfolio of architects and especially commercial builders
