The Role
The Business Development Manager will provide strategic leadership in Business Development activities, by identifying business opportunities for the division, converting those opportunities into viable projects and building a portfolio of high quality projects. The BDM will focus on delivering the best results for tenants and occupiers and will have ample room for growth within the company.
The Company
A well established corporate real estate and project services firm that provides end-to-end delivery of commercial and industrial workplaces. They develop corporate real estate (CRE) strategy, seek-out new property’s, and negotiate on clients behalf before designing and delivering a workplaces that unlock business potential.
Skills and Experience
- Business development/tenant representation background
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Understanding on the national property market and current trends
- Ideally have a current certificate of registration in real estate – NSW
