Garry and Warren Smith are seeking an Automotive Aftermarket Salesperson. 

Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Actively sell Aftermarket products and services across New, Used and Service Departments.
  • Achieve or exceed personal Growth Profit Per Unit (GPU) targets
  • Develop and maintain effective customer relationships
  • Effectively handle all customer enquiries coming to the business via various channels (phone, internet, walk in)
  • Ensure effective Aftermarket Log management to track all potential customers are followed up in a timely manner and customer interest is proactively managed
  • Ensure the delivery process is organised and well planned together with ensuring customers are kept informed at all stages of the process
  • Maintain a well stocked, well presented showroom at all times
  • Correctly complete Contract/Deal Pack documentation
  • Follow business process by adhering to GWS policies, procedures, standards and process
  • Ensure every new customer is introduced to the Business Manager and Aftermarket Consultant

To be successful in the role, you will need to possess the following: 

  • Experience in a customer facing/customer service role
  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Experience with Warranty portals - desirable but not essential
  • A full valid Australian drivers licence and a sound driving record
  • Willing and able to commit to working weekends
  • Highly developed selling skills
  • Previous experience in Automotive Sales is desirable but not essential
  • Experience from working in sales roles essential
  • Stable work history
  • Time management skills
