Role Summary/Purpose

The Sales Operations Leader will be the architect of redefining sales force competency within GE Healthcare. This will primarily include understanding the goals of each of our businesses and identifying the strategic imperatives (Growth, Simplification & Quality) and initiatives in order to ensure the fulfillment of business requirements and to optimize business performance. Further, you will drive Sales Operations processes & mechanisms and coordinate their implementation to achieve this. You will be responsibile for tracking order forecasting through Sales Force and other systems &
generating monthly/quarterly reporting with senior management of operating metrics and sales performance analysis. This leadership role will also take the functional Leadership for Lean Sales ITO and support Go to Market tools deployment to drive process simplification and improved GTM (Sales force, CRM tool)
You will also act as a Quality Management representative for the Sales organization. and monitor the assigned sales organization's compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM data.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 4 + years experience in Sales/Services and/or Operation roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly motivated and passionate team player with strong communication & presentation skills
  • Advanced influencing skills with an ability to drive outcomes through a horizontal team
  • Be reposonsible for the Sales framework in A & NZ – modify, pivot and nuance to market conditions for relevance and higher impact
  • Support the region with ad-hoc projects, and requests from leadership to drive GE HC objectives
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Salesforce tool across the region to support complaince and sales development
  • Work closely with Commercial & Sales Leaders to drive sales initiatives as needed
  • Provide training/coaching & mentoring across the group to increase awareness and strengthen the cross sharing of knowledge
