The Opportunity.

A great opportunity exists within the team in NSW to develop your career as a Project Coordinator. You will help support the Project Management team delivering on Commercial Projects ie. Retail, Healthcare, Commercial Office Space, Hospitality.

Duties will include:

• Provide accurate documentation to production department.
• Assist sales department with project documentation and technical assistance.
• Provide project progress status updates to stakeholders, including risks and issues that may arise during fabrication and assembly.
• Process quality control documentation before project delivery
• Maintain records of architectural lighting products and samples inventory as well as project records
• Prioritise projects and tasks according to deadlines and strategic importance

Your Experience.

• Experience as a Project Coordinator within the lighting or electrical industry is preferred, but not essential.
• Ideally you will have experience with a projects team within the broader commercial construction industry.
• Highly organised, with a strong eye for detail
• Effective communication skills with external and internal stakeholders
• Desire to grow and develop within a fast past paced, innovative business, focussed on meeting their clients every need.
