Rare opportunity for a Pivotal leadership role:
Based at our processing factory in Coffs Harbour, reporting to the Northern Regional Manager, the key focus will be to provide leadership and be instrumental in actualising change.
You will have ownership of maximising profitability; growing the site’s operational activities; and delivering an amazing customer experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Drive the continuous improvement of safety, productivity and quality standards
- Expand the existing customer base whilst maintaining delivery performance above industry standards
- Maximise profitability of the branch (including forecasting and budgets) ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the facility
- Develop, promote and maintain our constructive culture and achievement focus
- Contribute to strategic planning, pricing, budgeting and forecasting
- Thorough understanding of the technical aspects of our products and strength in communicating Viridian’s value proposition
- Partnering with the operational team, implement process improvement initiatives ensuring optimal operational efficiency

- Proven experience working in a similar role as part of a high performing manufacturing or FMCG organisation
- Strength in growing customer relationships, revenue and EBIT
- Passionate about mentoring a team and inspiring others to exceed
- You’re flexible and tenacious, with a willingness to drive new initiatives,
- A strong focus on complying and improving site safety procedures, polices and systems
- Strong written & verbal communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport & engage stakeholders
- Proven commercial acumen, understanding budgets and the financial impact of decisions
- Experience with planning systems and SAP (or another ERP).
