Working with an established tile importer / wholesaler, you will thrive on the challenge of introducing the market to an exclusive product name.  The territory is national, and travel will be required on a monthly basis, although not excessively. 

Working with, and reporting directly to the General Manager, you are organized, communicative and results oriented, with the following skills and attributes: 

• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Build and maintain strong effective customer relationships
• Work collaboratively in a team and autonomously
• Achieve KPI’s and monthly targets
• Software applications:   MS suite (especially Excel), CAD, CRM's, IMS's
• Web research
• Effective report writing
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Contribute to internal strategy meetings
• Understand and pre-empt market trends
• Working knowledge of BIM’s
• Present new products to the market
• Assist Preferred Partners stores with promotional functions
• Work with industry-related bodies
• Identify and grow new target markets
• Develop and grow product specifications
• Conduct product training and presentations with architects, specifiers and designers
• Database and CRM management
• Deliver an exceptionally high level of customer service

Selection Criteria:  Essential Skills & Experience:

• Demonstrated experience working with architects and developers
• Proven results in growing and developing new business
• Demonstrated collaboration in a team
• Experience in the tile industry would be beneficial but not essential
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel
