This role will see you working for a business that was established over 70 years ago in Switzerland. Their products are used in several industries such as mining, industrial solutions, food processing, construction and many more. They currently export over 90% of their products and have six subsidiaries and over 35 distribution partners worldwide. With a clear growth strategy, they are now expanding on all levels.
About The OpportunityThey are now looking for a Sales Director to join their company, with the potential to earn up to $120,000 per annum + Superannuation + Bonuses + Car Allowance | Based on Experience.
This position is a work from home position and will require national and international travel to New Zealand & South East Asia to visit clients and customers.
Reporting to the Board of Directors, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Manage the overall promotion of sales including customer visits and preparation of proposals to customers
- Develop and evaluate a network of resellers & develop new distribution channels
- Plan and implement relevant marketing campaigns
- Maintain and regularly update company website
- Manage all aspects of sales and marketing projects
- Prepare monthly reports as further detailed by the board of directors
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience selling products manufactured internally
- Experience within the industrial industry (desirable)
- Business management and leadership experience
- A good attitude to software tools
- Microsoft Office skills
- User skills in a common ERP program
- A current drivers licence
This position would suit a service and customer orientated individual with strong leadership skills.
