About the Employer

A leading Property Research Advisory that specialise in sourcing and assessing new property projects across Australia for their suitability as an investment. Our client is a major player in the Channel Investment Sales Industry and an approved supplier on the property panel of three of the largest Mortgage Franchise/Aggregation groups in Australia. This is an exciting time to join this company inheriting an existing account of active referral partner.


About the Role

Due to unprecedented growth and an internal promotion, our client is looking to add to its Relationship Management team. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Partnerships you will manage existing relationships with intermediaries from the financial services sector. This role requires you to be proactive with a huge amount of energy and initiative. A normal day will consist of 20 phone calls and 2 - 3 client visits. Put simply, the role is to build relationships, motivate clients and help our intermediaries build better businesses.


Key responsibilities will include:
  • Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective intermediaries to generate new business for the organization
  • Offer intermediaries value and expert knowledge to build trust in the brand and yourself
  • Generate qualified property referrals for the Property Advisor
  • Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
  • Work with intermediaries to invite attendees to the regular investor information evenings
  • Assists the Property Advisor and Settlements team where required
  • Undertakes regular reviews of competitors offering
  • Keep abreast of Australia's residential and commercial property projects, market conditions, competitive activities and promotional trends through the reading/viewing of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and acquisition areas.
  
To be successful for this role you must have the following:
  • Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in a similar role
  • Ability to build and foster key relationships with outstanding communication skills
  • A passion for property and knowledge of real estate market activities, developments and trends
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Agent Representative certificate preferable but not essential
  • Impeccable presentation is paramount
  • The ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated
  • Must have current drivers licence and own vehicle
  • It is crucial that you can communicate effectively with all stakeholders and essential that you have a strong command of written and verbal English

The successful candidate will be provided with a corporate account and will be expected to hit the ground running, with ongoing training and support.  You may have a background in Real Estate Sales or you may be in Financial Services with a passion for property. Perhaps you are already in this field, working for a competitor and looking for your next challenge.
