This organisation is a well established, medium sized national FMCG/Food Processing organisation with its head office in Brisbane. They manufacture and distribute a range of products via the retail, foodservice and route channels. They are now searching for an experienced and talented account manager to join their national sales team
Based in Brisbane and reporting to the National Route Business Manager your role will be to manage all the independent retail accounts eg Metcash, IGA, Cornetts and other MSO's (Multi Site Operators). Working closely with an internal team you will be responsible for liaising/negotiating with buyers on promotions,business plans, trade spend etc
Ideally you will have a track record in account management with independent retail supermarket accounts with specific exposure to Metcash/IGA etc. You will have good negotiation and communication skills together with excellent presentation and analysis skills.
You will be joining a growing FMCG company that has a national presence and is a prominent player in their food category. An attractive salary package including car, super and bonus is available
