Our client whom specialises in Document Management Solutions are currently expanding their WA team within their New Business Sales Division and are looking for an experienced & motivated Sales Professional who is passionate about new business development, customer service and forming long term business relationships. The position will involve canvassing within the Perth metro area, face to face cold calling, setting appointments, client meetings, closing the sale and looking after a portfolio of clients whilst providing exceptional customer service that our client is known for. 

Although this is an autonomous role you will be provided with ongoing training, support, structure & guidance to your week and have the backup of a strong WA presence where decisions can be made quickly and the products / services you are out there selling are getting serviced and fulfilled by the team. The role will suit someone who is well organised, has a strong work ethic, is self-motivated, has initiative, can take direction and loves talking to people day in day out. You would have had B2B BDM experience, feel comfortable speaking to stakeholders at all levels and be able to close the deal!


Duties Include But Not Limited To:
  • Canvassing new business within target market
  • Face to face & Telemarketing cold calling
  • Building rapport & long term relationships
  • Seeking & finding opportunities in the market
  • Closing Sales
  • Client Meetings / Presentations
  • Account Management
  • Meeting Monthly Budgets
  • Updating CRM
  • Sales Reporting
Requirements:
  • 3+ years B2B BDM experience - Face to Face Sales
  • Proven sales experience meeting Budget & KPI's
  • Experience selling business solutions well regarded - IT / Hardware / Software / Telecommunications / Print / Digital Tech / Office Solutions
  • Professional, persuasive, dynamic and confident personality
  • Customer Service Driven
  • Professionally Presented - Corporate Attire
  • Excellent communication skills - written & verbal
  • Competent with MS Suite
  • Exposure to SalesForce / CRM Systems highly regarded
  • Able to take direction however work autonomously and manage own caseload
  • Excellent organisational skills with ability to self manage
  • Strong work ethic - the role is what you make it

On offer is a salary package made up of a Base, Super, Car Allowance, Bonus and Commission Structure that is uncapped.
