We currently have a vacancy for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Officer based in our Adelaide office at Keswick. The Inside Sales Team serve as a first point of contact for our customers in SA and WA. This position reports directly to the Branch Manager SA and WA.
Job tasks and responsibilities
- liaising with wholesale customers on the phone
- close cooperation with Adelaide based account managers
- maintaining and enhancing good relationships with current and new customers
- preparing quotations and
- processing orders into our computer system
- other customer service based activities are progress checking of customer orders, new account set ups, follow up and solving customer inquiries and requests
Skills and experience
The ideal candidate will have clear and effective communication skills, attention to detail and the capacity to meet sales targets and tight deadlines. The ability to prioritise your workload and to multi task in a fast paced environment is necessary. The successful candidate should have a good understanding of customer service, a knowledge of Electronic Components would be advantageous and be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
