MH5 is a franchisee of Hertz Australia. We have 15 locations across South East and Western Queensland. The Opportunity

MH5’s Sunshine Coast territory is looking for a high achieving, passionate Sales & Business Development professional who has a strong drive and commitment towards developing growth through new relationships and new revenue streams to join the team on a part time basis which could lead to a full-time roll.  We are looking for someone who can set direction, working alongside other Business Development/Sales Representatives and enjoys establishing and building strong long-lasting relationships with a variety of people

To be successful, you’ll need to

  • Be an experienced Account Manager/Business Development Manager who is motivated to champion the growth and development of strategic relationships within our Franchise Territories.
  • Proven track record of sales acquisition, negotiation and the leadership of strategic account management in a fast-paced environment
  • Establish local networks
  • Positive attitude, highly motivated yet calm under pressure
  • High calibre verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to solve complex problems and take ownership
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Professional grooming and personal presentation
  • Sales experience in car rental, travel-related industry or experience representing a complex product to the corporate/government or mobility solutions market would be an advantage

This role will involve

  • Managing the sales pipeline to performance accountability expectations
  • Continuously research and identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare quotations and other proposals for submission to customers
  • Develop relationships with candidates and clients to provide maximum service levels
  • Building effective business relationships with clients to instil loyalty and commitment to Hertz
  • Maintain close communication with the Operations Manager to ensure updates of candidate information and locations are passed over effectively
