Manage customer interactions to identify, convert and maximise all sales opportunities for Salmat through inbound and outbound calls. Meet customer needs through consultation, support and problem solving/resolution using multi-channel communications and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Qualify and identify sales opportunities for the wider Salmat Media Business
• Promote features & benefits of service offering to achieve revenue targets
• Follow up leads in a timely and efficient manner to identify potential prospects
• Build and manage prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow up communications in order to move opportunities through the Salmat Sales channel.

Key Criteria

• 2 years plus experience in a customer service / sales position or related industry
• Experience working directly with clients or customers in a service environment
• You will have excellent oral communications skills and excel spending your day on the phones.
• Ability to work autonomously, employ initiative to find solutions, prioritise and exercise discretion
