Business Development Manager VIC
- Client facing sales position, you will be responsible for building relationships with stakeholders of large corporates and financial institutions.
- Opportunity for leadership, professional development.
- This role will involve an extensive training program at the Australian head office in Sydney as part of the on-boarding and commencement process.
- Drive to achieve a sales target that is set across the national portfolio - consisting of upsells, renewals and acquisition.
- Identify, pursue and develop relationships with key client stakeholders. Plan and initiate regular client contact.
- Prepare and maintain high quality and actionable Key Account plans for all accounts.
- Continuously identify and establish relationships with key stakeholders and influencers within accounts.
- Coordinate and contribute to internal communications with all offices as required to manage accounts within your portfolio.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of the institution’s products including pricing and administrative procedures.
- Advocate the brand at every opportunity at each point of contact.
Who are we looking for?

To be successful in this role you must have the following criteria:
- At least 3+ years consultative/solution sales experience
- Highly presentable and polished, ability to build relationships, present to and influence C-level decision makers
- Proactive, hunter, relationship building attitude that is eager to make high earning
Must have the capacity to grow within the business, our client is looking for leaders who will progress further in to management within 2-4 years.
