About our Client

Our client develops software and network solutions that make security businesses more efficient. Their suite of products is used by some of the most successful security firms in Australia and New Zealand.

They are currently recruiting an experienced Customer Relationship Manager who will manage the relationship with existing accounts and new ones.

The successful candidate will be providing the highest level of client support to C-level individuals in Security SMEs and large companies in Australia and New Zealand. S/he will build relationships with existing clients ensuring they receive value from the services offered.

No two days are the same in this role. The successful candidate will have a critical role in the company’s strategy, particularly on regards to the marketing mix and sales strategies. S/he will also actively contribute to business generation, and will provide management with advice on software training needs and future product requirements.


What will a day look like?

  • Building relationships with existing clients
  • Ensuring that clients get the most out of our systems
  • Liaising with the development and support team
  • Ensuring that agreements are renewed and customer satisfaction is high.
  • Coordinating client-related deliverables with the team

 

You’re Great At
Understanding the clients’ needs, and finding the right solutions for them

  • Meeting and exceeding your targets
  • Building relationships over the phone, via video-call and in person with senior level individuals and IT professionals
  • Planning and organizing your time; working smart.
  • Owning tasks and delivering what has been promised.
  • Taking responsibility and ownership on tasks assigned to you
  • You are passionate about technology and about helping businesses become more efficient

 

Nice to have

  • 4 years’ experience as a Client Relationship manager or a similar role
  • Previous experience in a technology-related role
  • Preferably an understanding of the Australian security industry
  • Preferably a Hubspot CRM user
