Our Client:
Proudly Australian owed, our client has been supplying a large variety of steel products across Australia for three decades. They offer professional and tailor made services to their customers and continue to develop their understanding as the steel industry continues to develop.
As the WA branch continues to grow; an opportunity has been created for an Internal Sales Coordinator to join them. Over the next 12 months, you will gain a full understanding of the business and have the hunger and drive to become a confident External Sales Representative.
The Role:
Supporting the external sales team, you will provide a consistent level of support and be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
- Preparing quotes and purchase orders as determined by your sales team
- Co-ordinate and confirm with customers on pricing and ETA’s
- Customer follow ups
- Providing support to a team of 2 sales reps and the WA State Manager
- General office duties and admin
About You:
- You will be a driven individual who is always looking for ‘what’s next’
- You will be hungry to achieve this growth and take all steps necessary to step up
- Have some internal sales experience and have supported a small sales team
- Hold exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) and be computer literate
- Be able to adapt and a desire to learn
- Able to meet deadlines
- Hold excellent organisation skills
