Position Summary

Reporting to Channel Director, we are looking for a high calibre individual to join the team and be responsible for:

  • Develops and implements customer specific business plans to achieves sales targets within designated customers while managing trade investment within budget.
  • Prepares regular business analyses and reviews with each account.
  • Develops and maintains a professional partnership with customers and is recognised by customers as providing outstanding customer service
  • Develops strong cross functional engagement with Field Sales, Category and Marketing teams
  • Supports customer service and continuous improvement initiatives through application of Energizer Excellence philosophies.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Degree in Business/ Marketing or relevant discipline
  • A minimum of 18 months National Account Management in major national retailers with experience in Consumer Goods or FMCG
  • Intermediate skills in IRI or AC Nielsen
  • Excellent command of English both spoken & written communication
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite including (Excel, Powerpoint, and Word)
  • Strong analytical skills; can interpret data, make recommendations and present to stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills with energetic  personality
