Role
As an ICT Sales Representative, you will connect with our Business customers to manage their ICT accounts. You will establish yourself as a trusted advisor and make recommendations on a broad range of ICT solutions that benefit their business. You will connect with customers both face-to-face and over the phone from the Telstra Business Centre.
Responsibilities:
- Assess individual customer needs and recommend whole of business ICT solutions
- Maintain strong business relationships with existing accounts
- Provide an exceptional customer experience
- Contribute to a fun, energetic and professional team environment
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Exceed sales targets and KPIs

- Engaging and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated success exceeding sales targets and customer expectations
- Ability to build and maintain business relationships with clients
