We have a great opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join a high performing team, located in Mackay QLD. You will inherit high performing accounts across a diverse customer base with many exciting projects currently underway. 

 

In your role you will be responsible for retaining and securing long term relationships with key clients, driving organic sales growth, implementing strategies to increase client profitability, manage, develop and implement account management action plans and tactical activities, effectively manage a sales pipeline; and ensure the use of internal Sales CRM system is updated with pipeline, opportunities and sales activities.

 

To succeed in this role you will demonstrate strong communication skills, high level interpersonal skills in order to become a trusted partner to our customers and our internal teams to ensure synergy across the business. Previous experience in a construction or manufacturing environment where you have been responsible for multiple product lines is highly desirable. However, above all, our focus will centre on the energy that you can bring to our team, displaying a positive attitude, ability to think outside the box and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
